My Story

I’m the founder of Extreme Weather Videos and a passionate storm chaser with over a decade of experience tracking some of the most powerful weather events across the United States. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, I’ve chased everything from EF3 tornadoes tearing through the Southeast to Category 4 hurricanes slamming into the Gulf Coast. For me, it’s about more than the adrenaline — it’s about capturing the raw beauty and power of nature, and sharing it with others.
In December 2021, I earned my meteorology degree from Mississippi State University. That education gave me a strong scientific foundation to support the work I do in the field, helping me forecast more accurately, chase more safely, and tell better stories through the lens of extreme weather.
What started as a personal obsession has evolved into a full-scale operation. Today, Extreme Weather Videos is a collaborative effort made up of a dedicated team of storm chasers and meteorologists from across the country. Together, we’re committed to bringing viewers closer than ever to the world’s wildest weather — while staying grounded in safety, science, and respect for the forces we encounter.
I’ve seen dozens of hurricanes, numerous tornadoes, and more supercells than I can count — but every storm is a new experience, and every chase teaches me something. Whether I’m flying a drone into a mesocyclone, live-streaming from the eye of a storm, or analyzing radar data with the team, I’m always pushing to go further and do better.
When I’m not on the road, I’m planning the next expedition, engaging with our amazing community, or working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Through it all, I stay true to the mission:
“Experience the Extreme.”
